Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective candidates specializing in IT job profiles to fill company vacancies.
Implement IT headhunting strategies informed by the latest industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and communicate IT sector job requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong networking abilities.
Experience using HR IT recruitment software and job boards.
Ability to be self-motivated and thrive in a rapid-paced, detail-oriented setting.
