Role: Field Sales Executive / Representative
Location: Field-based / Assigned Territory

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Find recent sales leads by visiting local businesses or clients in your assigned area.
Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face product presentations and demonstrations.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Relationship Building: Maintain positive contact with current clients to encourage repeat business.
Negotiation: Discuss pricing, close deals, and finalize sales contracts.
Reporting: Update daily visit logs and sales data in the company system. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10]

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales or retail.
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Vehicle & License: Valid two-wheeler or driver’s license with a personal vehicle.
Communication: Excellent spoken skills in local languages and basic English.

Soft Skills: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and good at solving problems.
