Receive incoming raw materials, components, accessories, and other items.
Check received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Properly arrange and store materials in designated locations.
Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward movements.
Issue materials to the production and other departments as per requirements.
Maintain proper stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Maintain proper identification and labeling of materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Prepare and maintain store-related documents, registers, and reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
Report damaged, shortage, or incorrect materials to the concerned department.
Assist in packing and arranging materials for dispatch when required.
Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.
