Field Sales Executive – Retail & Distribution

Salary: ₹25,000/month + incentives

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to grow NEMO - Water care (from South Korea) retail and distribution presence across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard distributors, dealers and relevant retail stores
Visit sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, plumbing, hardware and home-improvement retailers
Meet store owners, purchase teams and distributors
Present products, pricing and retailer/distributor margins
Negotiate commercial terms and close orders
Build long-term relationships with channel partners
Drive repeat orders and expand retail coverage in assigned areas
Track leads, follow-ups, orders and monthly sales targets
Share competitor pricing and market feedback with the team

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, dealer sales or distribution




Experience working with retailers, dealers or distributors preferred
Robust sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Positive knowledge of the Bengaluru market
Fluent in Kannada; working knowledge of English and Hindi
Experience in sanitaryware, plumbing, hardware, water purifiers, appliances, building materials or home-improvement products is an advantage
Two-wheeler preferred
Comfortable with regular field travel and target-based sales

Someone who can independently develop a territory, build robust retailer relationships and consistently convert opportunities into business.
