JOB SUMMARY

The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining networks and security, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
Manage user accounts, email IDs, Office 365/Outlook, software installations, and system updates.
Maintain antivirus, data backup, IT security, and basic server operations.



Maintain IT assets, documentation, and service records.
Provide support for ERP, CRM, CCTV, biometric systems, and other office applications.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for AMC, repairs, procurement, and technical support. Ensure smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day IT operations.

Technical Skills
Valuable knowledge of Windows, basic Linux, hardware, and troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and VPN.
Experience with Office 365, Outlook, antivirus, and backup tools.
Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, ERP/CRM, and basic server operations.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
