Key Responsibilities
Identify and track relevant tenders from portals like TenderTiger, GeM, and state e-procurement websites.
Analyze tender documents (RFP, BOQ, technical specs) related to:
CCMS (Central Control & Monitoring System)
Smart Water Metering Projects
Energy / Smart Electricity Meter Projects
Prepare and submit complete tender documents including:
Technical Bid
Financial Bid
Compliance sheets
Annexures and declarations
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to gather required documents:
Company credentials
Experience certificates
GST, PAN, MSME, ISO certifications
Ensure eligibility criteria compliance such as:
Turnover requirements
Past project experience
EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) submission
Handle online bid submission on portals:
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) usage
Document uploads and encryption
Final bid submission before deadline
Prepare cost estimations and pricing strategies based on BOQ and market analysis.
Manage pre-bid queries and attend pre-bid meetings to clarify technical and commercial doubts.
Track tender status (technical evaluation, financial opening, L1 position, award status).




Maintain database of submitted tenders, results, and competitor analysis.
Liaise with government departments and clients for follow-ups and documentation.

Technical Responsibilities
Understand project scope for:
IoT-based CCMS systems
Smart metering (water & energy)
Data monitoring dashboards and APIs
Review technical specifications such as:
Communication protocols (GPRS, LoRa, NB-IoT)
Meter standards (IS/IEC compliance)
Software integration requirements
Assist in preparing technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documents.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all tender submissions meet government compliance norms.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and verification.
Handle EMD, tender fees, and bank guarantees.

Skills RequiredStrong
