​We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners, riders, and drivers directly from local markets and community hubs. Your main objective is to build a steady pipeline of delivery personnel to support our last-mile logistics operations.
​Key Responsibilities​Ground Sourcing: Visit local hubs, markets, vehicle stands, and community hotspots to connect with prospective delivery drivers.
​Candidate Screening: Conduct basic on-the-spot interviews to evaluate candidates' eligibility (driving license, vehicle ownership, smartphone proficiency, and local area knowledge).
​Onboarding & Verification:



Collect and verify essential KYC documents (Aadhaar, Driving License, RC, Bank Details) and assist candidates through the account setup process.
​Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for active candidate leads and successfully onboarded delivery drivers.
​Retention & Follow-up: Maintain communication with recent hires during their first two weeks to ensure smooth activation and minimize drop-offs.
​Reporting: Maintain daily field activity records, lead sheets, and onboarding reports for management review
