We are looking for an Automation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in machine installation, commissioning, and industrial automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, pneumatics, and troubleshooting automation equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and validate machines at customer sites.
Perform machine setup, alignment, calibration, and acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, HMI, and motion control issues.
Perform PLC/HMI software backup, restoration, and updates.
Diagnose field wiring, sensors, actuators,



and industrial communication issues.
Support preventive maintenance and machine breakdown activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and RCA/RCCA documentation.
Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely issue resolution. Preferred Skills:
Experience with machine commissioning and validation.
Exposure to FAT/SAT activities.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, or EtherCAT.
Experience in RCA/RCCA documentation and technical reporting.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
