Roles & Responsibilities
Build and lead the Recruitment and HR Operations team.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
Coordinate with various HR teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workplace culture initiatives.
Oversee HRMS software, recruitment portals, and HR-related systems.
Drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational development initiatives.

Preferred Industry Background :

Candidates must have experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), NBFC, FinTech, or related sectors.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the BFSI sector.
Robust understanding of BFSI business models, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Excellent communication and fluent English.
Robust recruitment, talent acquisition, and team management experience.
Ability to attract and hire talent from competitor organizations.
