Job Summary
The Manager, Operations Compliance is a true people manager level where experienced leadership is required for leading a team to meet schedules and goals while working in a multi-faceted workplace. Leads a team of Operations Compliance professionals, ensuring they meet schedules and goals effectively while working in a multifaceted Data Center workplace.



Partners with Senior Management to execute strategy and programs in sites within scope. Acts as a subject matter expert for compliance subjects assigned. Establishes strong working links with regional operational representatives and management.

Responsibilities
Team Management
Manages, recruits, retains and coaches the team to ensure optimal performance
Manages team activities including results, costs, methods, and staffing
Develops and motivates team members

Audits & Certifications
Coordinates site level compliance audits (internal and external)
Acts as SPOC for Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) for audit activities
Manages and follows-up of audit findings
Identifies processes to be audited based on a set criteria and controls
Reports any findings to management and relevant stakeholders
Manages rollout of current certifications and sustenance of existing certifications within the sites in scope
