Position: Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
Prepare and verify GRN, delivery challans, stock transfer and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales and Logistics teams for material movement.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling and safe storage of materials.
Monitor inward and outward material movement.
Maintain warehouse MIS and prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Supervise loading, unloading and material handling activities.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and discipline.




Handle stock-related queries and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Knowledge of ERP/Tally/WMS will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline. Candidates with experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing or Industrial operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
