What you’ll be doing
Recommend the right theatre, package, food options, and add-ons based on their requirements.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build a positive relationship with customers and make them feel confident about choosing PrivePlex.
Cross-sell different services that we have to offer
What we’re looking for
Valuable spoken English and a confident communication style.
Ability to understand what a customer wants rather than simply reading out prices.
