Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (RM/PM/FG) with SAP barcode system. Dispensing of Raw & Packing Material,
Coordinate with QC/QA/Purchase for material lifecycle
Inventory control, documentation & compliance (GMP, GDP, GST, Excise)
Handle QMS, audits, temperature monitoring & calibration tracking
Prepare challans, PRs, invoice processing & ensure data integrity.
Maintenance of warehouse records. Monitoring and control on inventory of materials.
Disposal of rejected materials with co-ordination of QC/QA, commercial and EHS department.
Monitoring of Temperature & Relative Humidity through continuous data logging system or manual system (as applicable) and maintain record for the same.
Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and its documentation. To keep check on equipment calibration, maintaining the records and follow up with concern department.
Preferred candidate - Must have experience of OSD Plant.
