Vedicfolks (Folksco Group) has served devotees across India, the US, UK, Singapore and the Gulf for over a decade — homams, pujas, temple services, Vedic remedies and spiritual programs. We are hiring a CRM Manager in Chennai to own our customer relationship and repeat-revenue function.

Success in 90 days looks like: our devotee database is clean and active, every enquiry and existing customer is followed up on time, and repeat bookings grow month on month.

What you will do
Lead the CRM and devotee relations team - allocate leads, review call quality, coach the executives daily
Own monthly revenue from repeat customers, renewals and appropriate cross-sell
Build long-term relationships with high-value and overseas devotees, and handle those accounts personally
Plan and run festival and seasonal outreach across WhatsApp, phone and email
Keep every interaction and full customer history updated in the CRM
Resolve escalations and protect devotee satisfaction




Report daily and weekly numbers — pipeline, conversions, follow-up completion
Build SOPs so the process runs the same way whether or not you are in the room

You will be measured on: monthly revenue, repeat-customer revenue, lead-to-sale conversion, follow-up completion and CRM data accuracy.

Who we are looking for
5–10 years in CRM, customer success, relationship management, inside sales or retention sales
At least 2 years leading a team
Confident on CRM software and Excel or Google Sheets
Transparent spoken and written English — many of our devotees are overseas
Experience in spiritual services, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, education, astrology or any premium repeat-customer business is an advantage
