We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy fresher who can create engaging content, shoot and edit Reels, write captions, manage social media pages and understand what helps content achieve better reach, engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and shoot Instagram Reels, videos, photos and Stories.
Develop creative and relatable content ideas based on current trends.
Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs.
Manage and regularly update company Instagram, Facebook and other social media pages.
Identify trending Reels formats, sounds, topics and content styles.
Understand Instagram reach, engagement, retention and audience behaviour.
Monitor insights and analyse views, reach, shares, saves and engagement.
Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot or similar tools.
Collaborate with the HR/Marketing team for campaigns and company activities.
Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve organic growth.

Required Qualifications
Graduate / pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication,



Digital Marketing, Media or any relevant field.
Freshers are welcome.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
Valuable understanding of social media trends and content creation.
Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
Good English/Hindi communication and caption-writing skills.
Creative mindset with valuable storytelling ability.
Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating video shoots.
Basic understanding of Instagram Insights and social media analytics.
Good-to-Have Skills: Canva/CapCut / VN / InShot

Copywriting
Trending audio & hashtag research
Instagram SEO / keyword optimisation
Content planning
Basic graphic design
AI tools for content creation
