Job Description

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to learn. This internship provides an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening and calling candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Manage candidate databases and documentation




Support day-to-day recruitment activities
Maintain records and reports related to recruitment
Preparing joining documents like, offer letter, appointment letter etc
Joining follow up with candidates

Who Can Apply
Freshers or candidates with prior interest in recruitment
Solid communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
Ability to manage candidate data efficiently
Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn

Pay: ₹9,345.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
