Description
The Relationship Manager - Agency will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with advisors and agents. They will be responsible for identifying and recruiting current advisors, as well as activating and supporting existing agents to ensure their success. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and train new advisors, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines.
Activate and engage existing agents by providing support, resources, and guidance to enhance their performance.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent within the agency network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and agents, acting as their primary point of contact.
Address any concerns or queries from advisors and agents promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for advisors and agents, including resolving any cross-functional issues.




Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights and guidance to the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to advisors and agents, offering support for their career development.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, but an MBA is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of successful advisor recruitment and agent activation.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
