About Sports SocialSports Social is a community-first sports platform helping people discover players, join games, and play sports regularly. We have 80,000+ players across multiple cities and organize 800+ games every month across football, cricket, badminton and more.

Role We’re looking for

Telecaller who will connect with leads, understand their requirements, help them choose the right game, and convert them into active players.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to leads generated through our marketing campaigns
Follow up with interested and previous leads
Help players find suitable games and answer their queries
Maintain accurate lead and calling records
Follow up consistently until conversion
Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets

What We're Looking For




Positive communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati
Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM
Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
