Senior Process and Proposal Engineer (Machine Manufacturing)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Department: Marketing and Sakes

Experience: 6+ year of experience

Qualification:  B.E. Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / Chemical Engineer

Required Skills:

 Positive knowledge of AutoCAD with hands-on drafting experience.

 Experience in Pharma Equipment Industry preferred.

 Knowledge of process vessels, liquid manufacturing, ointment manufacturing, and sugar syrup systems.

 Familiarity with ASME, API, TEMA, and PED standards will be an added advantage.

 Solid communication, analytical, and coordination skills. Key

Responsibilities:

 Prepare GA Drawings, P&ID; Drawings, and Layout Drawings using AutoCAD.

 Design and draft process equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers,



and Storage Tanks.

 Prepare mechanical data sheets, BOQ, BOM, and project costing.

 Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.  Prepare technical and commercial proposals/quotations.

 Coordinate with clients and internal departments for project execution and proposal preparation.

 Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and are cost-effective.

 Modify and revise designs to improve performance and resolve technical issues.
