Receive and verify incoming raw materials, accessories, consumables, and other items.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Check material quantity and condition at the time of receipt.
Issue materials to the production department as per approved requirements.
Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movements.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about materials that need to be replenished.
Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with stock records.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and other store-related documents.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments regarding material requirements.
Maintain records of finished goods and accessories ready for dispatch.




Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic arrangement of the store.
Support loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch activities whenever required.
Update inventory data in Excel/ERP/software on a regular basis.
Report any shortage, damage, mismatch, or stock discrepancy to the concerned person.
Required Skills Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Valuable record-keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to identify and track different materials and accessories.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Experience in a manufacturing company / engineering industry will be preferred.
