· Manage and maintain operational data related to sales, inventory, and product launches.

· Use Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) to analyze and organize large datasets.

· Analyze data trends and prepare reports to support operational decision-making.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

· Plan and execute new product or menu launches, ensuring timely completion.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with relevant teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

· Provide ideas and suggestions for recent launches or improvements based on data insights and market trends.

· Ensure explicit communication between teams and follow up on operational tasks.

Possess robust analytical skills to interpret and work with diverse datasets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
