Purpose:
To execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of control and instrumentation systems in the membrane-based Caustic Soda and Value-Added Products plant, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations while maximizing plant availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments, analyzers, PLC, DCS, and control systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per schedule.
Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime of plant equipment.
Calibrate and maintain instrumentation systems for process reliability and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Support plant operations during startups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
