We are looking for a Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT hiring, preferably with experience in high-volume recruitment, field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or frontline hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT, blue-collar, and frontline roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, field sourcing, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, location, salary expectations, and availability.
Conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face screening and brief candidates about the job role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and update candidate status on a daily basis.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and onboarding formalities.
Conduct market mapping and identify recent sourcing channels to improve candidate footfall.
Track offer-to-joining conversion and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Prepare and share regular hiring reports and recruitment updates with the team.

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory experience in non-IT hiring.
Experience in blue-collar, frontline, field, volume, or mass hiring will be preferred.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with hiring targets and tight timelines.
Valuable follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for field hiring drives, if required.
