hanical Draughtsman – Job DescriptionRole: Mechanical Draughtsman

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare GA, fabrication, assembly, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Develop drawings for reactors, filters, pressure vessels, tanks, and other mechanical equipment.
Prepare BOM, dimensions, tolerances, welding details, and material specifications.
Modify drawings based on engineering, production, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, production, and quality teams.
Ensure drawings comply with relevant engineering standards and specifications.
Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of AutoCAD; SolidWorks/Inventor/Creo is an advantage.
Understanding of mechanical fabrication, welding symbols, GD&T;, fits, and tolerances.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valuable attention to detail and practical fabrication knowledge.
Experience in process equipment or pressure vessel manufacturing is preferred.
