Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma or any Degree in Civil/Interior Design
Experience: Knowledge in interior works is required
Salary: starting ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Project supervision: Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring work is executed as per design and quality standards.
Interior works management: Coordinate and monitor interior finishing tasks including carpentry, painting, flooring, and electrical fittings.
Team coordination: Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Quality assurance: Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
Safety compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Solid knowledge of interior finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in office and manage multiple tasks.
