The candidate must have a dedication to work in the team, boost sales, and forge solid relationships with clients. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
Should have worked on Upwork or Freelancer.
Experience in handling international clients from the US, Australia, and the UK.
Must be proficient in following up with clients.
Become the communication link between the development team & clients.
Generate business through online freelancing portals.
Write proposals for projects without grammatical mistakes.




Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
Valuable knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.
Lead Generation through other social media platforms, like Facebook and Indeed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in the IT Industry.
Prior experience in handling targets.
Commitment to achieving the targets set as per the salary offered “Target-based incentive”
Should have solid market awareness and excellent verbal, written communication skills in English.
Must be result oriented.
Should be able to achieve monthly targets.
