We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and the complete hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in sourcing profiles from various job portals and social media networks.
Conduct initial screening calls to check candidate availability and basic communication skills.
Schedule interviews and line up candidates for the hiring team.
Maintain candidate trackers and databases.
Assist in organizing virtual or walk-in interview drives.
Perks & Advantages
Stipend: [₹5,000 to ₹10,000] per month.
Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
