Product Manager – iQ

About iQ iQ is building an AI-powered international student ecosystem designed to transform how students prepare, plan, apply, and progress through their international education journey.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of the product journey—from understanding student needs and defining requirements to coordinating with design, AI, development, content, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product roadmap, priorities, and feature releases
- Translate the company vision into explicit product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO on product strategy and execution
- Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, AI engineers, QA, content, marketing, and operations
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from idea → design → development → testing → launch → improvement
- Define and optimize user journeys across IELTS preparation, AI learning, study abroad, community, and student-support features
- Conduct competitor, market, and user research
- Prioritize features based on user impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility
- Manage sprint planning, product documentation, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct product testing and ensure features meet quality standards before release
- Monitor product KPIs, user behaviour, engagement, retention,



and feedback
- Identify friction points and continuously improve the user experience
- Support product launches and work with the growth team on adoption

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar product role
- Strong understanding of mobile/web product development
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, user stories, product roadmaps, and sprint management
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to turn ideas into execution

Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage:
