Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving company sales targets. The ideal candidate will assist with customer communication, order processing, sales documentation, and coordinate activities between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Process sales orders and track order status from initiation to delivery.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Coordinate meetings, sales presentations, and client visits.

Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.





Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data for management.

Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and team player.
