HOME CARE NURSE

Role: Staff Nurse – Home Care

Employment Type: Full time

Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

Registration: Valid Nursing Registration; any State Nursing Council accepted.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a hospital or home-care setting.

Joining: Immediate joiners only.

Travel: Must be willing to travel to patients' homes.

Shift: Must be comfortable working both 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night) and 24-hour shifts.

Locations -Bangalore,Chennai,Gurgaon,Delhi and Noida

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nursing care and daily patient support to elderly patients at home.
Monitor patient vitals and administer prescribed medication.
Follow patient care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams.
Provide home-care nursing support and travel to patient residences as required.
Maintain accurate patient records.




Identify and promptly escalate clinical concerns.
Ensure compassionate, dignified, and skilled elder care.

Salary

Salary+ Monthly Incentive+ Travel Allowance

6 months to 1 year₹26,000 +₹2,000+₹100/day

1 to 2 years-₹27,000+₹2,000+₹100/day

2 to 3 years-₹28,000+₹2,000+₹100/day

3+ years-₹29,000+₹2,000+₹100/day

Accommodation:

Optional PG/Hostel with food facility is available for current joiners.

₹3,500/month will be deducted from salary if the hostel facility is availed.

Shift DetailsCandidates must be open to working either:
12-hour Day/Night rotational shifts, or
24-hour shifts.
