Job Description:

We are looking for Collection Executives for our Ernakulam operations. The role involves field collection of EMIs from customers for Two-Wheeler Loans / Gold Loans, including regular and default accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers and collect monthly EMIs on time
Handle default cases and ensure maximum recovery
Maintain 100% collection efficiency with proper receipts
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships
Submit daily collection reports to the branch
Follow company policies and ethical collection practices

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree




Two-wheeler with valid driving license – Mandatory
Willingness to do complete field work
Experience in collections preferred, freshers can also apply
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam
