Manager – Accounting & Compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Accounting & Compliance to handle end-to-end client accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role involves managing multiple clients independently and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts from document collection to final delivery
Handle monthly bookkeeping and review financial records
Ensure compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, PT)
Process payroll and statutory filings
Coordinate with auditors for audits and tax filings
Prepare MIS reports and interact with clients
Support and guide junior team members

Requirements
B.Com / MBA / CMA
2–3 years experience in accounting & compliance
Hands-on experience: Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel
Robust knowledge of Indian taxation & compliance
Positive communication and client-handling skills

Work Details
Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai
Work from home: Post-probation (approval-based)
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Pay: ₹525,000.00 - ₹625,000.00 per year
