Source and hire blue-collar candidates through field visits, local references, job portals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
Conduct on-ground recruitment drives at relevant locations.
Manage bulk hiring for Delivery Boys, Sorters, Pickers, Packers and Warehouse staff.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate candidate documentation, verification and joining formalities.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
Coordinate with Operations/Hub Managers to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure candidates join within the required timelines.
Maintain a database/pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates until their joining.
