The Center Lead role at Bakingo is a critical operational position focused on managing daily center activities, ensuring high-quality services, and driving sales growth. Candidates typically need 2–5 years of food/hospitality experience, solid team management skills, and the ability to oversee operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth workflow, impeccable hygiene, and timely order fulfillment.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff (including riders and kitchen personnel) to deliver excellent customer service.
Sales & Growth: Analyze sales data, identify market trends, and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty, increase revenue, and hit center targets.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to company policies, food safety regulations (FSSAI),



and quality standards.
Reporting: Oversee record-keeping, evaluate performance metrics, and generate regular reports on sales and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Center Lead, or similar role within the food and beverage/hospitality industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must be able to perform well under pressure.
Attitude: Energetic, positive, and passionate about the hospitality and bakery sector

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
