The H&W; Digital Solutions Leader will shape and deliver a portfolio of digital health and wellness solutions that support employees in the moments that matter—while enabling a simplified, connected People Experience across Johnson & Johnson. This role reports to the Rewards Digital Solutions Leader and serves as a strategic product and delivery leader for H&W; capabilities, integrating with core HR platforms (including Workday) and external advantage and wellness service providers. You will partner closely with Total Rewards specialists, Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT), and vendor partners to develop, implement, sustain, and continuously improve H&W; digital solutions and services.
