THIS ROLE
Responsible for managing the Regulatory Reporting team by ensuring accurate and timely deliverables, driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering stakeholder collaboration and team development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You’ll oversee team performance by managing deliverables, monitoring KPIs, reallocating resources, and ensuring outputs meet quality, timeliness, and regulatory standards.
You’ll lead and develop the Regulatory Reporting team through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability, fostering capability and skilled growth.
You’ll manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating with onshore teams, Associate Directors, and support functions to address priorities, escalations, and governance reporting.
You’ll drive operational efficiency by supporting process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting,



and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen scalability and control.
You’ll apply robust leadership skills including communication, judgment, escalation management, analytical ability, and a focus on compliance, documentation, and risk mitigation.
