Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning of all departments.
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to maintain high service standards.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, daily operations, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Assist in inventory management, vendor coordination, and cost control activities.
Support digital marketing activities, including managing social media platforms, online promotions, and hotel content.
Monitor and improve the hotel’s online presence through digital campaigns, customer reviews, and engagement activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
