Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Packet Core Support with strong expertise in 4G/5G technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, solid troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience in cloud-based packet core deployments

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support and architectural expertise for Packet Core solutions across 4G and 5G networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multi-vendor telecom environments.
Lead customer support and product support activities, ensuring high service availability and performance.
Drive integration, onboarding, and deployment of Packet Core solutions in cloud environments.




Analyze network issues using tools like Wireshark and other diagnostic utilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and optimization of services.
Ensure alignment with 3GPP standards and telecom best practices.
Guide and mentor teams on advanced troubleshooting and architecture design.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of 4G LTE and 5G architectures
Expertise in Packet Core protocols and signaling
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Robust communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work across multiple technical domains and stakeholders
