Teams Abroad is a leading overseas education consultancy, helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad across destinations like the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and more. We are expanding our creative and marketing team and looking for a passionate Graphic Designer & Digital Marketer to boost our visual presence and lead generation efforts.

Role Summary

This role demands creativity, marketing knowledge, and a solid understanding of student audiences. You'll create compelling visuals, manage social media, and run result-driven digital campaigns that build our brand and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
Create high-quality graphics for social media, ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, and website banners.
Design engaging creatives for student success stories, visa updates, and course promotions.
Work with the counseling team to understand campaign needs and deliver attractive visual solutions.

Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI.
Grow our online presence and audience engagement through reels,



stories, and educational content.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content and ads accordingly.

Requirements
Proven experience in Graphic Designing & Digital Marketing.
Proficiency in tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro (or alternatives).
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
Excellent communication & content-writing skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for education and marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
