About the Role

Creatik IT Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management within the IT industry.

Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Post job openings on various platforms.
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Assist in HR administrative tasks and record management.
Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or related field.




Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop HR skills.
