1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Sales Coordination, Customer Acquisition, Telecalling, or a similar B2B sales role.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Solid sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
