Looking for a agile and target-driven Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives in the quick-paced real estate sector. The ideal candidate brings robust leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market, and a proven track record of driving sales performance while mentoring high-performing teams to success.

What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to consistently deliver results
Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
Support the team in negotiations and deal closures
Train, mentor, and coach team members to continuously improve performance
Monitor daily calling activity, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Coordinate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Management teams for seamless operations
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Ensure consistent adherence to company sales processes and policies

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team
Proven record of achieving team sales targets
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
