What You’ll Do
Speak with customers over calls and WhatsApp
Understand customer queries and problems
Help customers resolve order and service-related issues
Coordinate with customers, partners and internal teams
Follow up until issues are properly resolved
Handle day-to-day back-office operations
Maintain customer records and update information in the system
Collect customer feedback
Follow up with existing/inactive customers when required
Work towards defined daily and monthly performance goals
Identify recurring customer problems and communicate them to the team

Good Hindi communication
Marathi communication preferred
Basic English understanding is sufficient
