Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain our courses and services. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. Understand students’ requirements and provide suitable course information. Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details. Convert interested leads into admissions/enrolments. Achieve monthly calling and admission targets. Maintain good communication and professional relationships with students.

Requirements: Positive communication skills in English & Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in telecalling, sales or education counselling is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Job type: full time
