Job Description:
Proven expertise in LabVIEW programming and control system integration.
Extensive experience working with various sensors, including MFCs, PVs, humidity sensors, and solenoid valves.
Solid understanding of PID tuning and loop correction.
Ability to interpret and work with sensor spec sheets and technical documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working with vendors.
Effective communication skills with the ability to write explicit and detailed technical reports

Key Responsibilities:
LabVIEW Development: Edit and enhance existing LabVIEW programs and block diagrams based on real-time testing results.
Sensor Integration: Work with sensor spec sheets to calibrate MFCs, PVs, H sensors, SVs, and lab gas flow systems.
PID Tuning: Expertly tune and correct PID loops to ensure optimal system performance.
Troubleshooting: Collaborate with sensor vendors and use technical data to diagnose and resolve issues.
Reporting: Document all work performed and write a comprehensive technical report at the end of the contract.
