Core Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion: Actively identify prospects and respond to wedding inquiries promptly. You are responsible for the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and site walkthroughs to final conversion.
Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with clients, wedding planners, and external vendors to finalize details such as décor, catering, and entertainment.
Custom Proposals: Prepare tailored event proposals and quotations that align with client budgets and preferences.
Strategic Positioning: the goal is to position the resort as a top-tier destination for bespoke weddings and retreats.
Accurate Handover: Ensure a seamless transition from the sales stage to the reservations and banquet teams,



providing 100% accurate details on rates, room types, and payment terms.

Key Requirements
Experience: requires 1–5 years of experience in sales,
Skills: Robust negotiation and communication skills are essential for closing deals and managing complex client requirements.
Flexibility: Willingness to work wide-ranging hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules
