Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in personal loan products.
Explain personal loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and other relevant details to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection, verification, and application processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Work towards improving lead conversion and overall sales performance. Candidates who can communicate fluently in any of the following languages will be preferred:
Tamil
Telugu
Malayalam
Kannada
Bengali

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
