Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through email for an international process.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to customers.
Maintain excellent email etiquette and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions as per process guidelines.
Maintain quality and productivity standards while handling customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer queries.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills,



especially written English.
Minimum 1 year of documented experience in international email/customer support.
Graduation is mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable working in majorly night shifts.
Valuable typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused workplace.
