Take complete ownership of site operations, development, and maintenance activities.
Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth execution of works.
Act asProject Management Consultant (PMC) representing the company at the site.
Ensure quality control, safety, and timely completion of civil works such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems.
Review and certify RA bills and maintain site documentation.
Prepare and submit progress reports to the corporate office regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for material procurement and work scheduling.
Maintain discipline and ensure proper execution of all site protocols.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
