Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Marine Faculty to join our academic team at Kuzhalmannam. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective classroom and practical training in marine-related subjects and helping students develop strong technical and skilled skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions for marine-related courses.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, assignments, and training materials.
Explain technical concepts clearly using practical examples and demonstrations.
Conduct practical sessions, activities, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
Maintain attendance and academic records.
Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
Ensure discipline and safety during practical training sessions.
Support students in developing technical and employability skills.
Complete the assigned syllabus within the academic schedule.
Participate in workshops, seminars, examinations, and other academic activities.
Coordinate with the academic team for effective course delivery.

Qualification




Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marine Engineering or a relevant Marine-related discipline – Mandatory.
Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant maritime certifications will be preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of relevant teaching, training, or marine industry experience preferred.
Candidates with strong technical knowledge and valuable communication skills may also be considered.

Good practical and technical knowledge.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and effective manner.
Good classroom management and student-handling skills.

We are looking for a technically strong, responsible, and student-focused faculty member who can combine academic knowledge with practical marine industry exposure.

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹900.00 per day
